Tasting notes
Ciombo is one of the most honest expression of what Moscato is all about.
Not just an easy drinking sweet wine, but something much much more. A Moscato, that is not only a 'famous party wine' as producers say but one that builds conversation. If you think you have 'outgrown' the Moscato then we encourage you to give this a go. Ciombo from Il Falchetto has made the producer's proud by earning Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso, a few times over the years.
Great perfume of fresh flowers, the taste is warm and intense, in the finish a refreshing citrus flavor that exacts the senses. Its sweetness and aromatic notes go particularly well with hand -made cakes and dry pastries anytime of the day.
