Deliveries

The Wine Monk is an online retailer of wines with an exclusively delivery-based model.

Deliveries are free all over Singapore for orders above SGD 100, except Sentosa where an additional charge of SGD 7 applies. For orders above SGD 300, the Sentosa surcharge is waived. Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days of a confirmed order. For orders below SGD 100, a delivery fee of SGD 20 applies.

Stock Availability

All goods are subject to availability prior to sale. Since our sales are through multiple channels, there may be rare instances when stock is unavailable or available in lesser quantity than ordered. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm whether we can fulfil a partial order or suggest a suitable alternative. If you do not wish to proceed, we will arrange a full or partial refund accordingly.
