Burgundy

Burgundy is Pinot Noir's spiritual home — a narrow strip of hillside in eastern France where geology conspires with centuries of human attention to produce wines of extraordinary complexity and precision. The Côte d'Or, running from Dijon to Santenay, is divided into thousands of named lieux-dits that express minute differences in soil, aspect and drainage.

We focus on Premier and Grand Cru level — Échezeaux from Domaine Faiveley, Volnay 1er Cru Chevret from Nicholas Rossignol, and Chablis from Daniel Dampt and Olivier Leflaive. These are wines that demand patience and reward it generously.
