Returns & Corked Bottle Policy

Every bottle we sell is chosen because we believe in it. If something goes wrong, we want to make it right.

Corked or Faulty Bottles — Exclusive Producer Wines

For wines from our exclusively featured producers (look for the Featured Producer label), if your bottle is corked or clearly faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:

Please include a description of the fault and, where possible, retain the bottle and cork for our assessment. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to the wine being found genuinely corked and having been stored correctly after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the wine shows signs of mishandling, improper storage, or is not assessed as faulty by our team.

Non-Exclusive Wines — Bordeaux, Burgundy & Premium Labels

A large majority of our selection — including wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Spain, Australia, and premium Tuscan estates such as Sassicaia, Tignanello, Biondi Santi, Conterno, and Ornellaia — are sourced from reputable trade suppliers and sold as-is.

While we take every care to source correctly stored wine of excellent provenance, we cannot guarantee against the rare occurrence of a faulty bottle. However, if you have a poor experience with any bottle purchased from us, please do reach out — we will do our best to make it right on your next order.
